CEO/Chairman of the Board
Mr. Dix has been in the wireless industry since 1994 and was a pioneer in the pre-paid cellular industry with Globalwise Communications and Prepaid Technologies. Mr. Dix has also been instrumental in the development of certain telemetry products that combine paging and GPS patented technologies in tracking and controlling assets anywhere in North America.
Since 1973, Mr. Dix has been involved in mass merchandising and distribution bringing consumer retail products to market. In addition to his telecommunications background, Mr. Dix's expertise in distribution channels is key to the company's expansion and establishment of strategic distribution partnerships.
Don F. Boudewyn
Executive Vice President
One of the principal founders of 5G Wireless Communications, Inc., Mr. Boudewyn previously served as our President and VP International Sales. Prior to that, he served as Major Account Executive and Business Development Manager for Celterra Vancouver, Ltd. where he was responsible for sales, marketing and business development strategies for a national optical fiber network. He was also responsible for managing projects, rollouts and the launch of new network products and services for markets both domestically and overseas. Mr. Boudewyn oversaw and developed the overall business development strategies, opportunity assessments, market research, economic models and technical assessments for major projects. He earned a Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Sr. VP/Sales & Marketing

spanning high-tech start-ups and mid to large established public
companies. Ben has most recently served as Senior Vice president of
Sales & Marketing with Vivato Networks. Ben earned a B. S. in
Management and Economics from Rider University in 1978.
Mr. Weisman began his training in 1980, earning a BSEE from Pennsylvania State University. He started his career at Hughes Aircraft Company as a design engineer working on radar for fighter aircraft. During his nine-year service there, he was awarded the Hughes Fellowship, which enabled him to pursue an MSEE from the University of Southern California. He also received an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. He then spent eight years working in sales and marketing of RF and wireless hardware
for several companies, including Avantek-Hewlett Packard and M/A-COM-AMP. During this period, he spent a great deal of time conducting product training for non-technical sales people, which served as the inspiration for his book, “The Essential Guide to RF and Wireless” (Prentice Hall, 2002). The book is now in its second edition, and is becoming one of the industry’s standard texts. He has also used his expertise to provide sales training for several other technology companies, including
Avnet/Penstock, Richardson Electronics, Sertek, TTI, and Insight Electronics.
Director of Operations
Mr. Attapattu earned his BSEE from the University of Tennessee and has been actively involved in several cutting edge research and development projects in the wireless industry for the past 7 years. He has held senior positions at Applied Materials, AMD, Motorola, ACCTON and Wavecrest Technologies. His prior work includes heading a division of eTES In-flight Entertainment System for Rockwell Collins, which has become standard in commercial avionics.
